In my second interview, I met with 4 different people. Later that day I recieved the call that they are offering me the position and I start in 2 weeks, and that they will send me an official offer letter to follow. I accepted the offer on the phone. Is it appropriate to email everyone that met with me yesterday and say "thank you for your time, I have accepted the position and look forward to working with you soon" or is this tacky? Should I wait until the letter comes bfore doing this?

You can do the thank you without mentioning the offer, since the thank you is supposed to be for the interview anyway. Depending on how old school these people are, they may not appreciate an email, though, so maybe a short note on nice paper or even store bought Thank You cards (the little note cards that come in a box).

I would wait until you actually have the formal offer letter before making any contacts. I also think a brief typed thank you to each of the people you met with would be more appropriate than an e-mail

First of all you landed the job so you certainly know what to do, don't start loosing your self confidence and common sense now. But, just to help you out of this glitch, the answer to your question is..... it is not appropriate to send a thank you/accepting the offer,e-mail.....It is much more appropriate to mail a hand written letter. If you can, send one to each of the four people that were involved....

I would wait until I had the actual letter in hand but I think an email thanking them for the time and telling them you look forward to working with them would be very appropriate and maybe even earn you some brownie points for an eventual promotion.

I don't think a thank you by E-mail is quite appropriate. Wait till the letter comes, then consider writing a note on tasteful paper, or not.

I have always been taught that it is more appropriate to send a hand-written note. If you met with four people send one note and address it to the team or group.

OR you could send a small gift like a muffin basket or flower to the group.

but an email is definitely not the way to go.

Wait until you have received the official letter and responded accordingly. What if something happens before then?

no person supplies a job to everyone with no head to head interview. actual employers won't do an cyber web interview - they'll interview you in person at their certainly place of work. in case you are able to no longer flow to the place of work, i does no longer pursue this there are lots of scams on careerbuilder that are no longer something yet identity theft scams, reshipping scams, funds laundering scams, and so on EDIT -- there is not any such handle in Milan. there is not any highway talked approximately as via degli Olivelani. It does not exist. there's a via degli Olivetani yet no sort 126 on that highway. the line numbers purely flow as much as sort 24. So the handle they gave you is fake.
