First, you have other "probloms" to worry about, especially concerning spelling. If we can't read your question, we can't give you good answers.
Second, we have other problems in that it is impossible to read your question and details because you used title case instead of normal sentence case. Considering that you had to go through extra effort to do that (whether you did it manually or via a word processor), I am baffled as to the reason.
Third, how did you find out about the note to the best friend? Could it have been faked (not like this question, of course)?.
Fourth, you need to discuss this with your parents.

If he's doing that-find a new guy. Hes definatly a player and isnt worth your time. Make yourself get over him because if he is doing this then you are way to good for him and deserve better.

well, if he's trying to "get" with her then there are others he's trying to "get" with also.........just wanted to bring that to your attention.....and with that being said you have to decide what's best for you. are you willing to accept the fact that he does not want only you? can you live with that? there is a reason why he's an "ex".........just what is that reason?
then decide if you just aren't going to get over him anytime soon.......or are you?
