Maybe you could take her somewhere if you can. Because people loose things or get rid of things but memories for the most part last forever.
My boyfriend took me to Disney and Sea World(he lives in Orlando and knows people who work at those places so he managed to get free tickets) And we went to downtown Disney and he took me to the Rainforest Cafe.
Now, depending on where you live, you may or may not be able to do something as extravagant as that. But what's the closest largest city near you? Does it have anything big there? Doing stuff if always fun

You don't have to buy her anything, but doing something that she will always remember and capturing it on camera and then putting it into an album will score you big time points, more than any jewelry can do. Think off the wall, like paintball, walk in the park, each getting your nails done of massages. Girls like it when guys will pamper them, but if you hate to pamper, then just go and have the both of you get pampered by someone else.

A nice dinner out - something different from your usual routine. Buy her flowers, and wrap a nice thick ribbon around the flowers, and around that ribbon, pin a pendant of some sort. It'll be a unique way of giving her a piece of jewelery. Make it something simple, but pretty, like a heart.

A weekend away at a favorite spot or a place she has been dreaming of, a pair of tickets to a show or concert and dinner of course, if you still don't know try diamond earrings or a tennis bracelet you can't go wrong with diamonds. Good Luck!

what notnew2U said ... and if you like her and have had a lot of fun- add a dozen red small roses- pink maybe. If you have a really good feel about your relationship- then red full sized roses with a silver chain necklace so she can wear your love with her all the time.

nothing, cuz i didnt get nothing. it wont be fair..l..(crying) lmfao..
im just playing (not)
just be simple. like a pair of earrings or something to symbolizes your love for her. u dont have to get no ring. that will only lead to other things. (she might think you gonna marry her soon) so a ring is a no no until you know for sure she is the only..unless its just a name plate ring..
or you can get the name plate chains with both of yall names and a heart in a middle. i bet she'll rock that until its lost. lol. good luck and congrats.

Get her a pretty necklace. Right now everything is on sale so it should be easy to find one at a great price. It doesn't have to be anything $$$$. You could always get her flowers. What girl doesn't like flowers.
