These are to do with airspaces and the aeronautical information publication (AIP), what do these meen. Thanks

GEN is general information. Here you will find the usual background information for the AIP authorities of that country.
ENR is the enroute information. Here you will find information about reporting points, airspace, etc.
AD stand for aerodrome. Here you will find the description of all the aerodromes in that airspace covered by the AIP.
AIC or circulars, give you supplementary information that is not included in the periodic 28 days AIRAC AMDT publication.
Please note that I periodically read the Norwegian AIP. While being international, I can't answer for the structure of all the AIP in the world. Consult your own AIS services to confirm my information.

first three are sections of AIP aeronautical publication, reffering to the air law GEN, enroute routes and procedures ENR, and the aerodrome procedures and operations. AD. the last is the aeronautical information circullaire.

AD = Airworthiness Directive.
AIC = Aeronautical Information Circular.
