is there any job you can think of where i can work from home with these degrees?
I have a newborn and want to help my husband by making some money other than him having to make 100& of our income but we cannot afford daycare and i do not want to put our son in daycare anyways. I have heard of people working from home but cant find any legit companies. please help!

I am currently attending medical transcription school also but it is taking so long to finish and is really boring.

I am in the same boat! Well, with a little more certification you can do medical transcription, although, I know it seems like a waste to have a 4 yr degree already behind you then go to vo-tech school, and some places require that you work at the facility for several months to a year before letting you take work home. I have also looked at keeping kids at my house, but that doesn't seem very appealing either. If there is a craft that you love to do (ie. quilting, knitting, painting) then you could try marketing on ebay and your own website. Probably not a lot of money, but it will keep you busy doing something you love. (not that you are already not busy enough, doing something you love!) Good luck, I am going to watch this line also, hopefully someone out there has a great idea!

I agree with Diane M...check your state for childcare licensing and start your own Home Daycare Business. In my state you can have up to 12 children including your own depending on the ages. You wouldn't have to pay for daycare and you can raise your baby while you make money for your family.

wouldn't you be able to afford daycare if you were working?
it's hard to find work from home type jobs, because most are a scam. there is a reason most businesses don't want you working from home, it's too easy to get distracted.

Why not do some home day care of your own. You will be home with your child and he will have some playmates as well. You can make very good money doing this.
