how to use bluetooth on car speakers?

how would i connect my phone with my car speakers using bluetooth?

You need a car stereo/nav system that supports blue tooth hands free operation. Don't know if those are offered as after market devices yet. It came factory installed in my car. Most people on the other end of the phone hate it when I use it - so it isn't as cool as it might seem.
