Since Jesus said that he is the way and no man can come unto his father except through him. How can there be any Salvation outside of Christ? Are Good intentions enough?

Jesus is the one and only way to obtain salvation. He was the Lamb slain for our sins. Without his sacrifice we would all be guilty before God.
Be not deceived, my brethren: If anyone follows a maker of schism [i.e., is a schismatic], he does not inherit the kingdom of God; if anyone walks in strange doctrine [i.e., is a heretic], he has no part in the passion [of Christ]. Take care, then, to use one Eucharist, so that whatever you do, you do according to God: For there is one flesh of our Lord Jesus Christ, and one cup in the union of his blood; one altar, as there is one bishop, with the presbytery and my fellow servants, the deacons" (Letter to the Philadelphians 3:3–4:1 [A.D. 110]). You are correct. Neither good intentions nor good works can open the gate of heaven. There is no salvation apart from Christ.

According to what is reported in the Bible, Jesus said that He is the only way to salvation. If a person believes in the Lord Jesus Christ, they are not condemned, according to him.

He said that here:

John 3
17 "For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."

Jesus provided propitiation. There is only one propitiation according to God. All other sacrifices are done in vain, and are not propitiatory.

If Jesus is God and yes Jesus said Himself He is the "Way, Truth and the Life" it woud be logical to assume there is no salvation without Him.

That is all so subjective. Some Christians believe you can live a noble life, free from hatred and love thy brother. Some believe you can do absolutely anything and on your death bed magically get saved, or cleansed, repent, that sort. I personally believe we are judged by the sum of our lives, that good intentions do definately count.

Other than the replies you will get about it all being fake, Yes you have it right
the only way to heaven is thru Christ in that belief system. If this is what you believe then you have to have Jesus as your savior, but you have to do Good deeds as well.

Faith with works is dead

Christ meant what He said. There is no salvation outside of His grace.

Otherwise, He would have suffered and died for nothing.

According to what I read in The Scriptures, yes. It is not a matter of how good one can be because all of our good intentions are nothing before a perfect God. I personally thank Him for what He has done and made the way for me.

God Bless

According to the Christian faith, Jesus is the only way to heaven. There are thousands of other religions out there, though...
