There's someting wrong with the expression you wrote... I believe it is "bien faire quelque chose" : do something well.
Or maybe in some sentence like "je suis sûre qu'on va bien en faire quelque chose", it could mean "I'm sure we can make something of it"

It means: Doing it well. It can be followed by a noun or a verb. "en" is an adverb that relates to something that is said before.
E.g., you say something important. Then you add:
'Il est important de bien en faire la compréhension."
(it is important to give it a good comprehension) - which is seldom written like that in English.

[EDITED] I agree with Tom that it is a rather unusual, maybe archaic form of French.

French is my mother tongue, but I'm having trouble understanding what this means. I'm afraid it's not very good French to start with. This cannot be used as a real French sentence.
Good luck.
added: 2 possibilities:
"de bien faire quelque chose" meaning to do something well.
"d'en faire quelque chose de bien" meaning you make the best of something.
