There is no station at Keele. I assume you are wanting the University which is in Hanley, part of Stoke-on-Trent. You need to either catch a Virgin RailAir Bus from Heathrow Terminal Four to Watford Junction where you catch a train to Stoke-on-Trent or a FirstGreatWestern Railair bus from Heathrow Central Bus Station to Reading Station and then a Cross Country train to Stoke, or a Heathrow Express train to Paddington, then tube from Paddington to Euston and a Virgin train from there to Stoke again. It is not possible to be more precise as you do not give any dates or times. Your fare for a single journey will vary between £48 and £66.50 depending, again, on the service you use.
