As far as I have read and heard people, who are against abortion, cannot accept that life is taken from a human being even if it is just a fetus.

The same group of people, at least most of them, seem to support sending young men and women to Irak and kill human beings there.

I cannot understand the difference between these two kinds of killing.

There is no difference in their immorality.

The difference is in the politics of the US between them: abortion is a money-maker for the radical conservatives and many fundamentalists. They ask people for money in exchange for the ostensible salvation of innocent life.

War would make no money over the salvation of innocent life, so they ask for money to kill ostensibly evil foreigners and heathen to keep their innocent lives safe.

The two have nothing to do with each other, they are totally separate issues.

One is killing a Baby that doesn't even have the capacity to know right and wrong.

The other is defending innocent people from those that are trying to kill them.

There is a difference in killing someone because you are inconvenienced or because it makes you feel good, and "killing" someone to defend another.

People who abort babies are the same as the people we are fighting in Iraq. We are just defending the innocent.

As for the Death Penalty, a consequence is clearly written out for a type of action. A horrible consequence that no one ought to ever perform the offense. Now when someone knowingly commits such an offense, we must uphold what we said. It was not implemented as a solution but as a protection to everyone. Some people choose their path.

as far as abortion, the issue to me is that something else is paying for the lack of self control and responsibility people have. If you get yourself into a situation voluntary, you should be able to handle the outcome and not just take the easy way out.

The war is definitely bad, I hate for there to be senseless violence of any kind. I support our troops fully and pray for all of them to return safely and that some good comes out of their serving.

The unborn don't have the opportunity to decide if they want to join the Army or not. If you haven't heard there are people in IraQ that want to kill us. You did get one thing right. You said"these two kinds of KILLINGS'. Abortion is killing. I'm all for the death penalty, but let's wait until the Baby murders someone. Killing someone that is trying to kill you or your family is one thing but killing the innocent is very different.
Think again about it.

I'm against abortion myself, for the simple reason that if the human race were to abort all unborn fetus, we would not have anyone to send off to fight for yours and my rights to exist in this country of freedoms and free speech. Furthermore, is it not considered war to fight for the rights of someone who isn't even born yet?

Because an innocent baby(or as you like to say "fetus") has committed no wrongs, just cause immature, irresponsible people can not control their urges they think they can take the easy way out and just kill it.

On the other hand a nation that trains to kill, boards OUR planes and kills THOUSANDS of our own citizens, in the name of their religion is attacked by our troops because they are a threat to our safety. "Eye for an Eye"

The baby committed no wrong. And who can compare authorizing the murder of your own child to war between nations with a bad history?

You have a good point and I do not have an answer for you but I totally agree with your point. It seems that some people just like telling others what to do. Once the baby is born however, they are on their own. Or maybe that is the reason they want them born....more expendable soldiers down the road. Sorry if that sounds extremely cynical but it is the only answer I can come up with.

The country is spelled IRAQ.

I think abortion is a horrible thing. Yet I will defend to the end a woman's right to choose what is best for her.

As for our troops, men & women join the armed forces to serve their country during peacetime and during war. It's all part of the same deal. When our country sends our troops into hostile situations, the service men & women do their jobs. War is a horrible thing, but I support our troops for doing their duty to their country.

i'm pretty sure the thousands of unarmed civilians who have died in the iraq war were "innocent" as well...just like the aborted fetuses. i don't think it makes either one OK. there are a lot more examples of wars in the bible than there are abortions...so i imagine those who look to scripture for direction would fine images of fetus-killing to be far more repugnant than images of war-killing.

yet Muslims do no longer purely decide to guard what they have... additionally they decide to unfold the area of Allah over the entire international. Granted, they do no longer seem to be on my own in that choose--some nutty Christians do besides. yet a a techniques greater beneficial proportion of Muslims than Christians carry incredibly severe perspectives. Why do lots of Muslims who flow to Europe and united states of america have such unfavourable issues to declare approximately their new countries? I propose, they have been allowed to flow to loose, open societies, the place existence is a lot greater constructive than everywhere interior the Muslim international, and yet they nevertheless ***** and condemn Western existence. properly, then, flow lower back to Algeria! flow lower back to Syria! flow lower back to ******* Yemen! I propose, if somebody asked in the event that they might stay at my residing house, and that they got here and stayed... and advised me i replaced into working my kin incorrect, and the nutrition I served replaced into unfavourable, and the bedrooms have been too chilly, and that i replaced into performing like a bad host--i might kick this visitor out of my residing house! that's what might desire to be finished to ungrateful Muslims who flow to Western countries and attempt to get those countries to alter for THEM, incredibly of adapting to their new countries!
