The creation story is an allegory, Mr. Flea. So don't scratch at it: it leaves a scab.

Read the story more carefully.

First, he did not find a wife there, he took his wife with him. As he was 130 years old at the time this happened (according to the Bible), he was not only already married, but probably had other children, grand children, and possibly even great grand children by this time.

Apparently there was enough extended family that God had to mark Cain so that everyone would know who he was and leave him alone.

It also states that AFTER Cain's son was born, he began the building of what would become the city of Enoch. It was not there before Cain arrived. He build it.

Hopefully that answer some of the quesitons for you.

It doesn't say in the Bible how old he is or how many children Adan & Eve had before he was born. so on the instance he was born when Adam & Eve were say 300 years old how many children could they have had? they could have been blessed w/triplets or quads or even more just think of how many sons & daughters they had when Cain was born. So yes if you look @ it there could have been several cities back then but take a calculator over a 100 yr time frame how many children they had? Who knows other then God. Interesting ? Trust you feel a little more @ ease now? Also look @ how many people may have been here when Noah was upon the earth for it was just around 1200-1500 yrs before then multiply that times how many children? millions? maybe Billions like today?

I read Genesis. And it is pretty clear to me that the other children made by Adam and Eve came AFTER Cain. So it just doesn't work that the wife is his sister. The timing is all off. I can't believe this is actually 2007 (almost 2008) and we are still debating whether this mythology is accurate or not. No other belief system I know of tries to pass off mythology as being historically accurate. It is time to advance into this century, people. How very, very primitive.

Cain did not live in the garden.... Adam & Eve were banished from the garden before the children came into the picture..He was banished from being with the rest of the family

I believe the story goes that he left the presence of God (not the garden), with his wife, which eventually bore him children, and he founded a city. I don't think it says anything about him going to a city to find a wife.

Also, it was Adam and Eve who were banished from the garden of eden, so their children were conceived outside of the garden.

You really need to actually research your subject a little bit more before you argue it.

First, Cain wasn't banished from the garden. Adam and Eve were; Cain had to leave after the garden was already off limits.
Second, he probably married one of his sisters. If you read the account, that is what all the sons and daughters of Adam and Eve did; icky, but true.
Just reading your question, it sounds like you have never actually read the Genesis account. Before you go pointing out apparent contradictions, it might be worthwhile.

Genesis disproves Genesis. Cain found a wife in Nod.

You will not find anywhere in God's word were it says that they were ONLY ones. Just the first. That is the mistake most people make when they read the bible, the read, without really reading. There is a difference.

The Torah and Bible is written for the children of God.
It only mentions other people when God's people are
envolved.
What mades us think there were no other people.

Why are they finding 250000 year old dead people, like Jane.

No

They were the first people to be molded into Gods image. The creation of Adam and Eve was a spiritual creation not a physical one. Many other people already existed in the world.
