Its the Left Side Of the Throat / Neck area .. When i swallow when my head is to the left it doesnt really hurt .. But when i swallow when i tilt my head right It hurts .. Also when i sneeze cough , or even yawn .. Its been hurting for 3 weeks now and i dont have money to go to the dr.. I just wanted to know if maybe i pulled something and how long it takes to heal? or is it more serious then that ?

Try just sucking on a cough drop..they also make the kind that numbs the back of your throat. If it persists i would go to the doctor as it could be strep throat.

I agree with the above poster: get yourself to a free medical clinic, NOW. If you haven't dumped your criminally insane girlfriend yet, please do that right now, too. Call the police if you have to. Get a restraining order if necessary.

contact your local free medical clinic, it might take a few days/weeks to get in, but that's your best option without money.
