do the one guy friend. It will be easier to keep quiet versus a group of people.

Being dishonest isn't a good idea. I did that when I was in high school a few times to my mother. It put a trust barrier between mine and my mom's relationship. I'm only 20 and I wouldn't do it again. Your mother is leaving you there becuase she feels she can trust you. I don't think your dad would be too happy either. That's both parent's trust you lost just for a few hours of fun. Which could lead to being grounded for a while fun free.
It may not be what you want to hear. But the reality is, your family's trust should mean more than an impulse that can lose it all.

Having a freind over or like 4 buddies like a movie night is fine. more than that don't do it. Don't do anything (too many people) that you wouldn't do when you mom or brothe were there. if you have sex so what you don't need 9 other people. if you have too many people at the house who to say your neighbors won't call the police and or tell your mom who all they say leaving and entering your house. You neighbors and your father know how to reach your mother not just you. remeber that!!! Dad might let you stay at home but Dad also might have spoke with your mom. Safety first. you can have fun without the (casual party)

skip the party. when you're expecting 10, word of mouth and before you know it, you'll have 100 and the house will be trashed. no 'level of popularity' is worth that.
that one 'guy friend' is gonna expect to get some, if you invite him over. if you have no issues with that, go right ahead.
oh and by the way, the people who curse you and judge you on here, they're all bunch of losers who stayed home on weekends when they were younger. they hate you cuz you're actually cool. to all you losers out there, like YOU never lied to your parents??? are you really all SAINTS?? LOOOSERSSSS!!!!
so yeah, i remember what it was like, although it's been 20 years since i got kicked out of my parents house(at age 18).... but anyways, even if it's small number of people, skip the party cuz ones who aren't invited would feel hurt.

Let me get this straight. You're trying to use a group of complete strangers on the internet to justify your lies.
A lie is a lie. Have you considered the truth and see what it's like to be trusted by your parents? Personally, my kids would be in such hot water if they did this kind of crap. Guess you know my opinion, huh?

Probably a bad idea. As long as it wouldn't get too big it probably won't be that bad, assuming you destroy (or throw away) all the evidence.
But in all likelihood, someone would find out and you'd be toast.

first of all it sounds like your really unsure anyway, and it doesnt really seem like that great of an idea. If its only like eight or ten people anyway why dont you just ask your dad if you can have people over?

any time you start lying about things like this its not going to go over well, and your most likely going to get caught, besides this is kind of disrespectful to your parents lying to them if you don't trust them enough to ask and try to work it out, how are they to ever going to trust you.
