i need people to finish this sentence "i've learned that war..." or "war means..."
your sentence can deal with the economy, politics, personal life, etc.
i just need as many different thoughts as possible.
if you could also include your frist name and age that would be great. if you are uncomfortable with providing your name, make one up :)
an example is this:
i asked my friend how war has affected her...and her little boy overheard and said "war means jason cant come over to play with me" (my husband is jason, and he is currently deployed)
so as you can see, the answers are endless...i appreciate any help. thanks alot! :)

War means my family may never be whole again, that my kids and neices and nephews may be without their Dad, or Mom, and that I have to explain to them what freedom is, and why this is happening and expect them to understand before they can even get a grip on 'See Spot Run'.
I've learned that war can be measured in the number of days you spend waiting and the number of nights your kid wakes up with nightmares.
War means a lot of things in my family...but we have Hope.

War is violent, unfair, destructive, horrifying, yet to some its glorifying, exciting, or an adrenaline rush and it is patriotic.. War may be an adventure to those who have trained there whole lives for it. War means you get on that plane not going if you'll be back for xmas to see mom, dad, wife, husband, son daugher, brother, or sister, etc. It is something that countries do because there is a miscommunication and it sparks a hatred. War is one of the biggest things in our American history.

war means there will be many lives lost, because those involved can't come to the an agreement to disagree. And just because those with the biggest guns, may assume they win the war, they still end up loosing in the end, because both sides loose.

First of all,God bless you and your husband,Jason, for your unselfish service to our country....War is what we (the US) have to engage in to resist the oppression of countries that want to be free...and to protect the sanctity of our freedom and priveledges...I believe we are winning the war..mainly because we are not fighting the enemy here like they are in Iraq and Afganistan...If you readers want to know what the enemy wants to do to us ...go to the website "nothingtoxic" and it will show you a few beheadings...that is what the Islamic facists want to do to us and if we were not killing them over there they would be here killing us and we would be fighting them in the streets of our cities towns and country sides....believe me when I tell you that America better wake up because we will someday be doing just that....God forbid..but war is everywhere we look now...and for now there is a hedge around us but if dont continue to fight tyranny over there we will be fighting it here on that intensity....sorry mame I guess I got on my soap box...but I have a passion for what your husband is fighting for and He and everyone over there need and deserve our support...God bless...John....25
