I like a nice red Zinfandel from Ridge Vineyards. Running anywhere from $20.00 a bottle up to just over $30,.00, this stuff is the best.
I also enjoy a nice bottle of Italian red wine like a super Tuscan or a nice Chianti with dinner. Or a nice glass of a Cabernet after dinner. Love Malbec's from Argentina too. Lovely fruit flavors, intense aroma

It's crazy and certainly not mainstream, but I LOVE a wine called Sweet Pea Apple Wine. About $6 a bottle (yeah, cheap!), but it is fabulously delicious and refreshing on a warm summer evening!
If you want more traditional, then I'm a Cab person... preferably from California's wine country.

There are sooooo many.
Le Grande Dame is probably the best sparkling wine I have had as yet. Too expensive to drink very often, but very good stuff.
For reds, I have been on a Burgundy kick lately, love the way Burgundy pairs up with mushrooms.
I also enjoy Napa cabernets, Freemark Abbey Bosche' is good, Mondavi Reserve too, Stag's Leap too.
Frog's Leap zinfandel from Napa has to be the best zinfandel I have had to date, but I haven't been to Croatia yet...
And I like St Emillion grand cru wines, nice earthy flavors.

Hard core wine is nasty. I like "a fine wine product" Arbor Mist or Wild Vines Blackberry Merlot. A couple steps above Boone's Farm, a couple steps below the typical vinegar juice.
Basically alcoholic fruit juice.

I love Rosa Regale. It is a sweet Italian dessert wine that is red and sparkly and is fabulous with dark chocolate. It's like a party in your mouth!
