when I clean my right ear, it goes right in and move around alot...its like my left ear is tighter? I also can hear my pulse random times throughout the day in my left ear... does it sound like an efection? theres no pain though... what could be causing this??

Most likely the wax in your ear has hardened and using cotton swabs is only going to make the matter worse. Our ears are a self cleaning organ and swabs aren't supposed to be used in the ear . Try an OTC solution available at your pharmacy which will soften the wax and then use a syringe filled with warm water to gently help move it out. Although if it is badly impacted this procedure may have to be done by a doctor. Hope this helps.

I was sick as a child once I had a realy bad ear ace I don't know what side it was on thou but I remeber that pain i have to ask my mom what side

u may have wax built up in ur ear
