I love Schwann's (home delivery) frozen chicken pot pies. Not their beef. The chicken is large white meat, lots of veggies and lots of chicken and lots of crust. Microwave or oven bake compatable. Hungry Hungry Big Big Guys might want two. But one is great. Reminds me of Marie Callendar's whose frozen dinners I really like. Just pick out what looks good to you, it usually is - 99 % of the time for me, it is anyway.
By the way - here's a quickie - add a couple of lit candles and eat by candlelight, it makes everything look nicer and it's romantic, so that you can squeeze the most out of the moments you do have together. It's also soothing after long shifts to sit back in the candlelight together and feed each other Barbaque chicken tenderloins with cheesy potatoes, for example.
Happy Shopping. So apparantly that is where the majority of your dating will be taking place. At the grocery. PS don't tell us what time you get home at night unless you want a surprise Christmas party!
Thanks for a yummy question!
Hmmmm maybe you've got the beginnings of a Frozen Dinner Assembly Book (how's that for a working title?)
written from research performed in your very own kitchen.
Ha ha.
Happy Researching.
:)

I'm sure the Stouffers you mentioned are delicious, but we were very poor when I grew up in the inner city of Milwaukee, WI. Because of that I refuse to pay more than I have to for anything.
I buy Banquet TV Dinners and they cost about $1.00 a piece at Cub foods. My favorites are the Sliced Beef dinner and the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice meal.
I agree that the best TV dinner is not as good as a home cooked meal but if a person is in a very busy period in their life, a TV dinner is better than a hamburger. With the Banquet dinners there is usually a serving of meat, potatoe, and a yellow or green vegetable.

Stouffers and Boston Market are they only really brands I will eat. Some of the Lean Cuisine are nice, but others are horrible! Stouffers Macaroni and Cheese is my favorite, I had it today actually.

I consider the fewer processed meals a man or woman eats, the larger. I could do some thing like bake a chook, and freeze quantities of it, then uncover a few recipes that use complete grain noodles, or some thing like that, and upload the chook to that. Then, you've freshly ready foods. They may also be frozen forward of time, too.

I'm a vegan, so I go for the "Amy's" frozen meals. They're organic, vegetarian at the least, and very good. The Indian food is expecially good.

Swansons pot pies, but I add to them potato and peas, and
cramberry sauce, or a fruit. Other then that I don't buy frozen meals, I might try what you suggest some time.

one thing you can do is make up an extra meal of something, freeze it, and then when you are in the mood for that again, pull it out of the freezer and waalaa, it's your own home cooked frozen meal!
