If you consume under 800 calories in a day it is one of the criteria for anorexia. You need to add milk to your cereal (90 cal for skim), eat a banana with your lunch(100) and pudding cup (60 for non fat chocolate), for your snacks try having a yogurt (100 cal) with your berries and the apple is good, with dinner eat a salad too with low fat italian dressing(60 calories). What kind of bread are you using on your sandwich? Your whole wheat bread should be about 140 alone, and put organic peanut butter on it instead of quorn for a yummy 340 cal sandwich that will be better for you. So your day meals should look like this:
Breakfast- Cereal and 1 cup skim milk- 220
Snack 1- Yogurt and frozen berries- 160
Lunch- PB sandwich on whole wheat bread with a banana and low fat pudding cup- 500
Snack 2- Apple- 80
Dinner- Quorn fillet, peas, potatoes, and salad - 360
Daily total= 1320 - which is a lot better than your 725
Your diet is lacking in fiber and calcium, and a lot of other things.

well are you underweight? if so it's probably because you don't eat enough, try to bump up your calories a little bit. for example have milk and banana with your cereal, it will taste nicer and give you more energy until lunch. maybe snack on some kind of nuts, they are high calorie but healthy, and vary your diet day to day, because what you have listed is not sufficient, it's fine for one day, but you're missing out food groups so its not a balanced diet. and by the way, BMR means basal metabolic rate, 1400 calories is the amount recommended if you sit on your bum or sleep all day. i assume you have a life and workout sometimes, or go shopping, work, walk somewhere etc, all this burns calories, you're reccommened amount is probably closer to 2000 calories

No good, you need to eat twice that. I can't believe your full, I think you are trying to validate your eating disorder by getting people to say it's ok to only eat that much if you aren't hungry.
I am not sure your age, but if you were 4'0" and weighed 1 pound, yes 1 pound, you would need to consume 801 calories just to saty alive.
I am guessing you are not 4'0" tall I am guessing maybe 5'4" and I am also guessing you do not weigh 1 pound, I will guess closer to 100. If this were the case you would need to consume 1300 calories a day just to stay alive!
You need a reality check, I think you may need help that you can't get on here. I think Boo's answer was a good eating plan, try following that. But please get help.

that is not a healthy diet at all besides the fact that the calories are far too low. the diet that you have posted is about 85% carbs. where is the protein? where is the fiber? where are the vegetables? where are the healthy fats?
if you are in puberty and eating like this you will screw up your endocrine system for life which will cause various health problems for the lifespan.

How on the earth have you learnt what number of energy you burn? Do you already know your metabolic price? Do you already know what your resting utilization is? Remember, you employ cals simply snoozing, sitting, jogging round, now not simply the things you consider you'll be able to degree doing endeavor. Truth is, if you are consuming lower than you consider you burn and you are now not wasting ANY weight, then your metabolisms most of the time dropped to deal with this, and you are going to uncover it very tough to drop extra pounds. You ought to be utilising fairly greater than you consume on a daily basis to drop extra pounds. The calorie utilization for a utterly sedentary lady who does NO endeavor is most of the time approximately a thousand-1500 in keeping with day. Add to this say 1500 of endeavor, and you've got 2500-3000cals an afternoon. This man or woman might ought to be consuming 2000-2500cals an afternoon to drop extra pounds with out messing up their metabolic price and wrecking their immune process. But like I mentioned, it is extremely tough to grasp real what number of energy you're utilising in keeping with day, the one truly dimension that you are doing it proper is a regular healthful weight lack of two-3lb every week. And sure, muscle is heavier than fats, so if you are wasting fats and gaining muscle you'll be able to uncover your weight raises - consider approximately having fats-percent exams, or ensure you maintain assess of waist/hip/thigh/bum/chest measurements to look how you are quite progressing. i think its a bit under.. you seem ok now but you could loose a lot of energy while on this diet.. you shouldnt force yourself to eat or anything but really try eating a little bit more a day.
you need some energy for your growing body.
try.. a box of raisins? its at least a little bit more and it gives you some energy.
i say if its not hurting you.. youre ok but anyone on this kind of diet will eventually lose a lot of energy to do anything. just eat a tadd bit more.
protine protine protine please!
raisins? (im not sure what quorn filling is) but if you eat meat, add 1 more slice of meat in your sandwhich. when eating your breakfast add a couple slices of banana in it.

you are a lil bit lacking on proteins I would say. how you can have a 200 calorie dinner is simply amazing, I can't get below 500. Are you sure you are measuring correctly? I can't say I have known anyone on such a strict diet who seems so happy.

Are you including your beverages? They have calories too. As do any snacks and munchies, dressings, dips, oils, etc. Everything that goes down your throat has calories.
