Funny that you can't pin any of these 'science' believers down to any facts! You can't get them to commit to a logical answer.

. I don't know what theory you are talking about. The only prediction made for the size of the sun is that in the distant future, when it has expended its hydrogen fuel, it will shrink, due to the reduced radiant outflow working against its gravity, ignite a helium reaction, and then swell again. This prediction is based on both mathematical calculations based on the theories of star life stages and observations of other stars, which have been observed to have gone through these stages. . Star development theories have little to do with the theories of those traditionally referred to as evolutionists, whose observations and theories deal with the development of new life forms from old ones here on a wet planet. There is a great difference in these observational, calculational and analytical realms, and two use arguments in one realm to support or refute arguments or theories in the other is disingenuous, which is an almost polite word for dishonest. . If you are going to take any beliefs from anyone, compare them to your own reasonable analysis of the physical evidence. If you take someone's word on a scientific theory, then it is an act of faith. If you analyze it to the best of your ability and with an open mind and come to conclusions which are consistent with the physical evidence, that is science.

The claim that the sun is shrinking is based on a flawed study by Eddy and Boornazian. Numerous measurements have been taken that indicate a relatively constant size to our sun.
Either Akridge misinterpreted the data, or the sun has stopped shrinking.

"The shrinking-sun argument contains two errors. First, and by far the worst, is the assumption that if the sun is shrinking today, as might be detected over a period of years, then it has always been shrinking! .......
The second error is the unwarranted assumption that the rate of shrinkage reported by Eddy and Boornazian is an established fact ...Before long, serious flaws in its methodology turned up and the data has since been discredited"

You have the choice to accept theories from thousands of scientists that have spent their lives learning about the sun, or the theories of men who were very good at herding sheep, but thought the sun revolved around the earth..
Its pretty simple really.

No you do not need to take our word on it, go read the references:
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/faq-solar.html#_Toc430357875
Or do you claim that the astronomers and physicists that wrote and reviewed the papers that this references are making it up?
Why not go do the science yourself? That is the wonderful thing about science, anyone can repeat the experiments and get the same results.
Or you could just bury your head in the sand and continue to ignore the facts of the universe around you.

yes. you must have faith in evolutionary theory or you will go to evolution hell and suffer for all of eternity. but if you pray to evolution and give a good portion of your earnings you will be saved through the good book of evolution.
that makes much more sense then actual scientific data.

Do you have any clue to what you are trying to understand?
The sun does go thru cycles of shrinking and expanding but the amoutn it changes is very slight..

You do realize that there is a difference between cosmology, nuclear physics, and biology, right?
I would do some serious research on star life cycles as that may help you to understand your question, as will asking it in the science section.
