All the conflicts are imginary and made up. There is not really a sinlge inconsistency in Quran.

This is a question, that if you're wanting REAL information and understanding, requires a lot of study and examination of Islam, and the various understandings of it. There are many views within Islam, as well, so it'd be too much for me to rattle on about in here.
I studied Islam for YEARS and still don't have ALL the answers, but I DO know that there are Muslims who are gentle, loving people who understand the past conflicts were just that... past conflicts, and the ones suffered now, are based on a lot of causes and conditions... again too many to list here. There are a lot of authors for almost every viewpoint, so I recommend happy hunting and don't feel bad about asking a few... you'll find their points of view very informative and kind.
