It's gotten from sucking and kissing a certain part of the body for a long time.

its a hickey,passion mark,theres a lot of names for it.but basically when some one is biting or sucking,or sometimes a combo of the two,on a part of your body,blood rushes to that area and it leaves a reddish-purple little mark.basically its just blood rushed to that spot.let me know if you want some removing tips!!

When you are making out and someone sucks (usually your neck) a part on your body really hard. It leaves a bruise. I don't know if they still call them hickeys or not.

a hicky. when a guy/girl heavly kisses or sucks on your neck the blood will rise to the surface causing a red or purple mark on your neck. depending on the force they kiss/suck... some may hurt.
