not exactly...it doesn't help to burn fat it helps the muscle cell to function normally. dehydration causes decreased metabolic function so staying hydrated will help to keep the metabolism functioning normally. it won't cause the body to burn a higher amount of fat above normal

Yes and it also keeps your body well hydrated which benefits you in many ways including a great complexion. If you drink water at body temperature, you will neither gain nor lose calories. However, if you drink freezing water, your body will lose calories to the ice by melting it. So actually you will burn calories.

the body requires 2 liters of water daily to function efficiently, if you want to lose weight drinking even more will assist in that process as it helps your body use it's available resources more efficiently.

yes it does but you will have to include exercising with it. water is only good for flushing out your system and so you can properly digest your food. a good exercise and pleny of water is a good combination

NO, it just hydrates you, and it removes toxins from you body. you wont loose weight by just drinking water!
