I am not sure what kind of food or what is in the food that is breaking me out. one time it was fish. last night it was a shake. and then one night it was pizza. I take a benadrail and it goes away but why is this happening? could there be something in my body telling me there is something wrong? and if so what would cause this to happen?

Agreed with Kelkel.

Also- there might be a preservative that was used in all three foods that you are allergic to. Or you could have multiple food allergies.

You can develop an allergy at any time in your life. It very well may be milk/dairy that is bothering you.

My daughter SEVERELY is allergic to milk/dairy, eggs, nuts, and has a slight allergy to soy. What is very scary about food allergies, or any allergy for that matter is that every time you're exposed to the allergen - the reaction can become worse and worse! The first time my daughter was exposed to milk she got a few hives, the second time she got a few more hives, and the third exposure threw her into an anaphylactic reaction and I almost lost her! Her throat closed up and she stopped breathing.

Please get to an allergist to have them test you for common food allergens before the reactions become worse!

Good luck!
