Don't forget about this:
God allowed the earth to "bring forth" the plants and animals rather than creating them directly. But yet Genesis and God are supposedly anti-evolution. LOL
Adam named all the animals. Hmmm.... Wonder how long that took. HA! HA!
God fashioned a woman out of one of Adam's ribs. But, as early as 1543, Vesalius showed that the number of ribs was the same in males and females.
Because Adam listened to Eve, God cursed the ground and caused thorns and thistles to grow. So, before this, plants had no natural defenses. Yea, right!
"There were giants in the earth in those days." Where's the archaeological evidence?
Genesis 11:1-9 --
"The whole earth was of one language." But this can't be true since, by this time (around 2400 BCE), there were already many languages (each unintelligible to the others).
God worries that people could build a tower high enough to reach Him (Them?) in heaven and that, by doing so, they will become omnipotent. LOL! God was worried about a tower, but He's apparently unconcerned with skyscrapers, airplanes, and space shuttles. HILARIOUS!

No one is going to force you to have any faith or to believe that you are actually worth something aside from your own reality. No one is here to force you into thinking that you have a purpose or that life isn't as meaningless as some religiously believe.
Your disbelief has no impact on my intelligence or another man's peace of mind and salvation. It has no impact on reality for that matter. My faith never stopped me from scoring high academically. It never hindered any class mate's ability to learn. I can only ask that you have an open mind and an open heart enough to experience God's love for yourself.
'Creationists' or what ever you wish to call us today don't play anything. I don't need an understanding of physics to know that a pot of boiling water is hot. I don't have to know or agree with the law of gravity to obey it. And yes; some people of faith are highly educated. What we do know is that the world has a serious ailment in which science has no cure.
Since when has science ever had an impact on man's moral character? Science is an extension of man’s intellect. That is all. If man is bad he will manufacture tools that better facilitate his capacity to do evil. If he is good his intellect will produce something positive. It's as simple as that. Why can't the so called 'scientific community' understand something so simple? It shouldn't even require deliberation for an intelligent person. But it is an argument for so many who claim to be intelligent.
What is truly sad and heartbreaking is that people would use their God given intelligence only to demean the value of human life and to fervently degrade another's esteem for it. I don't know how anyone who could actually believe that they were the result of something random - without rhyme or reason and still experience the power of love and the beauty of life.

You dont know if you should be chuckling in amusement, pounding your' fist in frustration or just shaking your' head and walking away.It IS sad, they remind me of a desperate gambler with his house and car in the pot, doggedly holding on to a pair of 2s,refusing to concede that the game is over, and that they have lost.
I'd probably be a little more sympathetic,if it werent for how bad they're making us ALL look.Factually-challenged Neandertals like this are part of what makes this great country such a world-wide laughingstock.

U.S. falls in education rank compared to other countries

The United States is falling when it comes to international education rankings, as recent studies show that other nations in the developed world have more effective education systems.
In a 2003 study conducted by UNICEF that took the averages from five different international education studies, the researchers ranked the United States No. 18 out of 24 nations in terms of the relative effectiveness of its educational system.
Another prominent 2003 study, the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study, shows a steady decline in the performance of American students from grades 4 to 12 in comparison to their peers in other countries.
In both studies, Finland, Australia, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Netherlands and the United Kingdom beat the United States, while the Asian nations of South Korea, Japan and Singapore ranked first through third, respectively.
The TIMSS study is a comprehensive study done on a four-year cycle that measures the progress of students in math and science in 46 participating countries. It evaluates fourth, eighth and 12th-graders through questionnaires, tests and extensive videotaping of classroom environments.
The TIMSS results reveal a lot about the weaknesses of the U.S. education system, said David Marsh, a professor at the University of Southern California Rossier School of Education.
“In fourth grade, American kids do above average internationally. By eighth grade, they slip a bit, and by 12th-grade, they’ve slipped a lot,” Marsh said. “We’re the only country that slides down that much from fourth to 12th grade.”.....

It's sad, embarrassing, and even angering for the rest of us, because it makes us look like a bunch of uneducated rubes. Like one answerer said that most Americans were scientifically illiterate--that isn't true, but the creationists make it seem that way. It's just the fundies and creationists that are scientifically illiterate.
I guess in a way it is kind of cute, even funny, because they have no scientific proof whatsoever for their "findings." Anyone who believes in the pseudo-science of creationism is nothing short of a fool.

Not to be divisive, but it is sad. Especially on the DNA issue... it does NOT "always replicate perfectly" or you wouldn't have as many birth defects, cancers etc. and I don't consider those "perfect".

DISGUSTING!!!
Why don't creationists ask their questions in the science section? Because they do not want to know the truth.
