Here's a bit of unsolicited advice:
Stay out of your friend's love life. It's really none of your business - and if you decide to interfere, all you'll be is a meddlesome pain in the neck.
Now if you're interested in her EX - well, wait a couple of months before pursuing him - just out of respect for your friend - and to be sure her EX is indeed over her.
But for right now? Stay out of your friend's love life. Period.

she could be if she randomly says that she does not care about it, even when u don't ask her, but you're her friend so u should be the best judge
