no employer is required to pay you anything, although some will pay the difference between your activated salary and your civilian salary. But finding somebody this close? probably won;t happen, you must typically have an established relationship with an employer first.

besides.. getting a job under these circumstances is borderline wrong and I would not blame any company who chose to terminate you , especially if you deploy almost immediately. you really can't expect to work for somebody for 30 days and then expect them to pay you for a year or more while you aren't even around....

There are lots of companies that will pay the difference between the military salary and civilan salary.

But none are going to pay that difference, if you start work, a month before you deploy.

Especially if the deployment had already been ordered.

That is a benefit for employees.

You are trying to game the system.

All businesses are required to do is furnish you with the day off without dropping any employment status. they don't look required to pay you. some do, some do not and others pay the style on your civilian pay and protection force pay. you may communicate over with HR.you shouldn't ought to apply your vacation days, except you want paid.

no company will pay you for work you do not do....by the way while you are on this deployment you are considered active duty and the government pays you for your time.

you are getting paid by the government for being in the military and you still want another company to pay you in addition for not doing any work? Greedy much?
