i heard my grand mother said if u had dream about 4.00am or after that it will happened in your real life.

This question doesn't make any sense.
Do you mean how to you know if someone is dreaming?
Or do yu mean how can you tell if something you dreamed is happening in real life?

A real dream is something that you picture yourself as or with , maybe not today and maybe not tomorrow . Somehow look forward to it .

Stuff that goes on in your head while you are asleep. Not that stuff that happens after you get up in the morning. Thats called 'real life'.
