hi, we can talk about native speakers for standard Arabic in certain periods of history especially the period of prophet Mohamed because of the Quran which all the Arabic grammar and rules are based on. But nowadays there's absolutely no Arabic country that speaks standard Arabic , there are different dialects (or accents) for each country or even several dialects in the same country and i know this for sure i am Lebanese. in universities and schools or if someone wants to make a formal speech they use standard Arabic which is the same for all countries (Arabic ones of course) but in daily life no one uses it. i hope my answer was helpful and good luck.

no, every arabic country has its own accent, in some countries it's very near to the standard arabic, but it's not the same
so there's no native speakers of the standard arabic

i am living in saudi arabia and i can tell you the closest to standard arabic is the bedwins living here in saudi also called(bidew) the guys in the desert

No, I think that all countries have a dialect altered at least somewhat from the standard.

i have heard that there is one country which speaks the closest to standard arabic; i think maybe it is Saudi Arabia.
