i work at target and there is a new girl who works in the clothing department. i'm really attracted to her in a physical way, she's not ridiculously hot, but she's cute, or gorgeous you could say. i am friends with most girls in clothing, but she is new so i haven't really gotten to say much of anything but hi, who are you. i am really interested in asking her on a date, but i don't know exactly how i should handle the situation. how would you guys recomend asking her out on a date, or even just to hang out after work?

Just talk to her like you would any other human being. Get to know her a little bit and then ask her if she'd like to go out (insert day here). The only way to know is to ask!

I didn't bother reading your lengthy (and all too common) question in detail, but you should be aware that many companies have sexual harrassment policies in place. I've heard of people (men AND women) being fired just for fraternizing on (and sometimes off!) the job! If you discuss it with your supervisor, that may be grounds for immediate dismissal (some companies don't want to take the chance that you're a stalker or have a violent or criminal history, although that should have been detected when you first applied for the job). You also didn't indicate how old you and she are, which could make a big difference in the responses you get.

You shouldn't date people from work but you could ask her somewhere casual just to talk and see where that goes.

from my experince, i would not date anyone from work! if you would like to hang out after work then gather a few of your co-workers and go and grab a few drinks, if your under age then plan to go bowling somewhere! but right now, it would be too early to ask her on any dates.

The best advice I can give you is DON'T.
When you get involved with someone from work things get very complicated and if things go wrong it makes it very difficult to stay at your job.
Don't risk that.

Well basically I won't recommend to date a person from work place. Its not good
Be casual and ask her for a coffee and little chit chat.
