Butter salt.:)

Butter salt used to be widely available in the supermarkets up until the 90's. McCormick's made it.

I got some from spicesetc.com a few months ago but they don't seem to have it on their website anymore. I would call, they may still have some.

You can make your own by taking regular table salt and grinding or blending it in a coffee grinder (thoroughly cleaned) or blender until it's super fine. Then add in some of the butter powder from spices, etc. and blend until well combined.

Aso check out spices,etc.'s cheese powders...those are great on popcorn as well.

You can find similar salts in the grocery store located in the spice section. It is a fine grind of salt, as far as flavorings it varies. You should be able to find a good selection at any major food store. If not in the spice section, look in the area of the whole kernel popping corn.
