Well for those who think that I edited the picture ... I SURE DIDN'T!! ... I'm not that bored! And well I took both pictures but the first picture wasn't with my camera and the second is with my camera, but I do agree with those who say that it could be dust particles or maybe something else, they just freaked me out when I saw that!

There are many web sites and message boards that deal with photo orbs.
Some argue that the orbs are nothing but dust particles or bugs. Others say that they are spiritual entities. Some will even say that you can sometimes catch a glimpse of these orbs at the corner of your eye.

These are pieces of dust in the air, inches from the camera, reflecting the light from the flash. That is why they look like moons, stars, or snow flakes.
This stuff isn't on your lens. If it was, it would make dark spots, not light ones. And if you shut off the flash, they will go away.

Shake something dusty close to the camera at night and take pictures. The dust is bright in the flash and so close it is out of focus. This is how you can get some spooky orb photos.

Objects close to your camera lens will blur like that. This happens all the time with dust and bugs.
Which is what you have captured here - dust and bugs.

The first one is obviously photo-shopped (poorly I might add). The second one is just light flashing off the lens.

Well, of course, rationally, it's easily explained as dust on the lens.
My money, however, is on the rare phenomenon of 'ball' lightning.
