Hello all, I pray you are all doing well today!
I have been thinking and contemplating this morning and it really is so wonderful when your mind gets rolling when you are thinking about God.
As a human it is hard for me to imagine God walking and talking with Adam and Eve,but He did! In the bible it tells us that before the fall Adam and God fellowshipped daily, walking and talking in the garden. How amazing that must have been!
We as humans fellowship daily. We talk about the latest fashion, the newest television show, politics, children, how high gas prices are and lots of other things. I was thinking about what a typical conversation was between Adam and God. What did they talk about? I know we will never know, but isn't this a fascinating thing to contemplate. What do you think our typical conversations would be if God came down and walked and talked with us? What do you think Adam and God talked about?

I, too, have pondered the conversations of God and Adam. I think they would have been similar to all of the questions we wonder about today.
Why did you create me?
What is the purpose of life?
Who are you and where did you come from?
What does the future hold for us?
Will you stay with me forever?
If God came down and talked to me face to face, I would probably ask many of the same things.

I think they talked about the wonder of creation. Imagine what this world was like before the fall. Peace, tranquility, beauty, not to mention perfection. Adam telling God of the new things he had discovered each day, and God relishing in the fellowship which He now had with His creation. Some day soon, we will experience it for ourselves.

I think they talked about all of the wonderful things God had created and given to them to enjoy. Can't you hear Adam say "hey God did you see what the dinosaur did today?" only he called it a behemoth then. Adam probably told God each time he found a new flower or tree that he hadn't seen before. And I'm sure he thanked God daily.

If God walked and talked with us I think He would answer our questions and show us love like none of us have ever felt.
God and Adam must have talked about lots of things. Including the garden. God obviously loved Adam because he visited him so often.

Excellent question...I've wondered about this too once in a while.
There's a zillion things I know I'd like to ask Him about historical events in the Bible and many others and people like Da Vinci and Heron of Alexandria and the great inspired thinkers, builders and inventors or cultures of the past. I imagine that Adam and Eve were just like curious children are...learning from their Heavenly Father about the world He created. I sometimes wonder if we were born in Jesus day and had a chance to follow Him, what it would have been like. How wonderful it will be one day to talk to our God who has all knowledge, the answers to all our questions and to be able to see all of history as it happened.
Blessed be our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His love and grace be with you.

Hello My dear sister, why wonder what it would be like to walk and talk with God? Do you not know because of what Jesus has done for us, we are made one with him once we have excepted his gift to us in our hearts. (That is the holy Spirit) In fact in Romans, Paul states we ARE the Holy Temple of God! We have something that Adam and Eve never had. Sure they walked and talked with God, but we have the ABILITY to have even more of a personal relationship with God, because of his Holy Spirit who is withen us who BELIEVE and EXCEPT his gift. Just like any other relationship it grows and matures through time, patents and obedients. YOU WILL hear when God speaks to you as well as his answers, when he decides to use your talents or when you need to be comforted. the difference will be you will not be hearing a voice from a cloud, but you will HEAR HIM FROM WITHEN

All true Christians have God (The Holy Spirit) inside them.
Jesus Promises Another Helper
15 “If you love Me, keep My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you. John 14:15-18
The Gift of His Peace
25 “These things I have spoken to you while being present with you. 26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. 28 You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I.
29 “And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe. 30 I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me. 31 But that the world may know that I love the Father, and as the Father gave Me commandment, so I do. Arise, let us go from here. John 14: 25-31
We have a personal relationship with God today!
May God Bless you!

Are we to pray without ceasing? If and when one can honestly say that you do or i do, at that point we are standing in front of HIM, i believe.

God: You can have anything you want, but if you eat an apple, I'm going to torment you and your progeny forever.
Adam: That doesn't make any sense at all, Lord.
God: I'm God, I don't have to make sense.
Etc.
