I am very much into playful tickling which can also include playful tickle torture. The most important things for me are that:
A) The tickling is always consensual.
B) The ticklee's feelings, desires and concerns are always respected.
C) The encounter is always kept fun for BOTH parties - not just the tickler.
I am a a very ticklish tickler. I love to tickle and I love to be tickled.
As much as I don't like to view it as a fetish, most people would probable say that I have the tickle fetish. This does not mean that I do not date ladies who are not into tickling. For me, the tickling is a wonderful bonus.

I can honestly say that my answers to the questions could vary depending on the situation. I'd probably put myself down as a Both/And in general to all of them.
