1)- MBA's locate profitable American production facility with hard-fought market edge due to impressive in-house effort;

2)- MBA's bribe key company principles with an offer they can't refuse, gaining enough control to oust the principles that don't agree;

3)-Once MBA's secure control, outsource production to China, lay off American workers, eliminate R&D budget, pocket the cash, and coast on existing products until obsolete and unsaleable, then have garage sale and look for next company to wreck;

4)- Explain and justify all these actions with the euphemistic but by-now cliche' term, "paradigm shift".
