Has anyone ever tried non-alcoholic cocktails? What kind? Did you like them?

Actually you can turn any beverage into a non-alcoholic beverage. Just don't add the alcohol. Instead add club soda, or sparkling water to add a little fizz.

Yes. I am not a non-alcoholic and I really quite like alcoholic cocktails. However, there is one cocktail with no alcohol that they make in Bambuddha Grove in Ibiza (my boyfriend does not drink alcohol) which is called Ipanema and is one of the nicest cocktails I have ever had!
It contains: fresh lime, passion fruit ice-cream and ginger ale.
You can also make mojitos without alcohol. You use fresh mint, lime juice, crushed ice, brown sugar, sparkling water and a dash of angostura (although if you are strict, don't use angostura as it contains alcohol). It is really nice like this and you can hardly tell the difference unless you are wont to put loads of alcohol in your cocktails.
These are the only ones I have tried apart from the typical virgin mary on a hangover but there are lots of things you can make with a little creativity that non-alcoholics will enjoy lots!
