YOU CAN DO 100 SIT UPS, OR 1000., YOUR NOT GOING TO GET ABS THIS WAY. TO GET ABS TO SHOW, YOU HAVE TO CONTROL YOUR DIET, YOU HAVE TO CONSUME LESS CALORIES THAN YOU BURN EACH DAY, IF YOU FOLLOW A RESTRICTED CALORIE DIET, AND KEEP LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS IN THE GYM, YOU CAN DO BOTH AT THE SAME TIME, HUGE MUSCLES, INCLUDING CHEST, AND DEFINE ABS. SOME CARDIO WILL HELP BURN OFF SOME MORE CALORIES.

Six pack is more about diet than anything else, and genetics. But if you're skinny you can do more than situps - do situps, crunches, leg lifts, and other ab exercises and work your abs for 1/2 hour every day until your feel yourself nearing failure.

I depends on your body, however, it wouldn't be long before you begin to notice a change, but a well-defined six pack will take a while.

that depends on your current level of body fat. toning is the same as increasing definition which is the same as decreasing body fat. your diet determines the level of fat on your body not the types of exercises that your perform. at your height and weight you should be ripped all ready
