do guys like girls who talk alot?
Because when i'm around this one guy at work i can't shut up!
I need advice!!!!!

It's a fact that the female's brain form of rewarding their male is by communicating. And the same applies for punishing men, that is, not talking.

But we males are used to talking only the necessary amount. Our brain has only one language center (compared to multiple ones for women) but our vocabulary is wider, so we use more complex words to express ourselves.

And another fact, women are capable of 20,000 expressions (words, facial expressions and gestures combined) in one day, we only do around 5000-6000.

So, be careful with the talking. Due to the wider tonal range of the female voice, male brain has to work harder to decode speech and gets tired easier.

It's the human nature, that's why we have so much trouble listening. We weren't designed that way.

If you want to keep him, lower the chatting, otherwise he might get bored.

Yes and no. Guys like women who talk, but not the motormouth who can't stop. I like to get a word in edgewise.

Take a deep breath when you're with him and think about the next thing you'll say to him. Then speak.

Depends on what you're talking about. Are you talking about yourself a lot? What's his body language like? Is he absorbing your every word or looking around the room? Try asking him questions about himself. Take an interest and find out what he's all about!

It depends on if its nagging or talking, talking and having normal conversation is great but pay attention to see if he's really interested. Me personally I love talking w/my g/f cuz she is so funny and makes me laugh all the time but to be honest she has her days when it seems like all the talking she is doing is just so negative, those are the conversations I don't care to hear, I know we all have our bad days and need to vent and I am willing to listen but I just don't like when she has a negative outlook on things cuz in a way it kinda brings us both down. Some guys though don't care to hear a girl babble on forever so just pay attention to him, if he's actually giving feedback then I'd say he enjoys it but if he's just like yeah whatever and blowing you off or giving you short answers then I'd say he definitely wants you to stop....good luck

SHUT UP! Seriously, constant talking drives guys nuts. You just have to make a dedicated effort to keep your mouth closed. I realize it's easier said than done. But, I'm sure you can do it!

Depends what they guy is like? Usually if they like you (even as a friends) they don't really mind. Just let him get a word in every now and again otherwise its juts a one way conversation.

force you mouth closed. it's a good thing but it can get out of control. just keep checking to see if he's actually interested. say things like, "oh, it's silly. I don't want talk your head off." if he doesn't ask you to divulge then that's a sign to shut up.
