Mother who set up girl writes a blog stating the girl who killed herself "had it coming".

Very weird and troubling story on many many fronts. There are lots of people in this case that do not paint themselves in a very flattering light.

Very sad case. The mother had no right to say that the girl "had it coming." A girl is dead and she had no empathy whatsoever. How sad. I pity that mother.

I heard about it a week ago, I believe. I didn't hear the part about the mother though. When we wonder where and how society will be developing in the next generations, I think this could answer a few questions.

Bring back the good old days. :-(

Lori Drew's blog attempting to explain her side just goes to further prove what an unbalanced, pathetic, sorry excuse for a woman she really is. And to think that she is trusted to raise her own children. It's frightening.

Lori Drew's children need to be removed from her home and placed in foster care. She is in desperate need of psychological counseling, and a lengthy prison term.

Just my opinion.

I think it was wrong for an adult to be involved in this. It doesn't surprise me that teenage girls would do this kind of thing to each other, but for an adult to intentionally mess with a kid's mind like that just shows how immature and horrible she really is.

this is big news here in the midwest. so sad. i cannot believe that the mom and daughter are getting away with what they did. the govenor is going to review the cyberbullying laws is what i heard. too little too late for that poor dear. I hope that community runs them out of town and terrorizes them.

I don't know the full story. But it seems like there were a lot of underlying issues and "cyber-bullying" wasn't the real problem here.

If Megan was my daughter I'd cut Lori Drew's tongue out and watch her bleed to death. She seems about as wacko as Fred Phelps.

That mother should get huge rocks hurled at her face.

throwing her in jail would be too good.
