Most warrants on traffic charges are primarily a Jail term or payment of the fine. However, more serious traffic violations could require that you apear in front of a Judge. If it involves Jail or a fine, when one or the other is satisfied, the Warrant is quashed. If you are an out of state resident, Contact the Texas DPS and ask them. If you are in-state, show up and post on the Warrants right there.

Whatever you do take care of them immediately! Trust me, these things can bite you in the behind when you least expect it.

If you were from my area, I'd say to go to the DA's office with a money order in hand and ready to pay the fines(court fees and a few others plus the tickets). Having done that, the warrant would be dismissed. Find a cop you trust not to arrest you on the spot or a lawyer, or just some one that works with the courts and they may be able to help you.

Most likely. I can not speak for TX, but in NJ all you have to do is pay the ticket, by check, on the phone via credit card or online. After that, contact the court they are attached to and inform them, Usually the judge will dismiss the warrent. This is not guarenteed, the judge may do what he wishes. But its the best bet without having to go yourself.

You need to call an attorney in the state of Texas to handle this so you don't get arrested and the warrant is removed properly.

how could unpaid traffic tickets lead to an arrest? unless both tickets add up to big bucks, there is no arrest or record. just pay the fine and if they say anything tell them you had personal problems

Within my own jurisdiction the priority is payment of the fine. Should you contact the court clerks office to determine how much you owe...I'm sure they will do a warrant "recall" once you've paid the tickets off!

Usually if you pay the ticket the warrant will be quashed.

I think that it may be too late. You could turn yourself in and see what your options are.
