Why do so many blame God for problems when they haven't worked on the problem themselves? For example, how many people agonizing over world hunger have actually done something TANGIBLE to stop it? How many who blame God for children being molested have taken the time to form neighborhood watch groups or educated themselves on how to spot/recognize at-risk behaviors? How many who blame God for allowing any number of social ills have done ANYTHING besides perhaps donating money? How about giving of yourself??!! Is God at fault, or did the people who he placed on earth turn their backs on their fellow man?

Many of you are avoiding my question. What are YOU personally doing to solve these issues besides belly-ache about God?

When God gave you the intelligence, strength, and ability to go out into the world and work on social issues, then why is it his fault if we spend our time on selfishness instead of helping our fellow man?

What have YOU personally done to prevent or stop hunger, homelessness, disease, or war, or sexual abuse??

Until YOU personally act, your accusations against God are hypocritical.

God, by definition, has the power to do away with all injustices and evils. God could limit our free will, and make the world a better place, if he wanted/existed.

Do you want a world where we can leave our children at the playground where we go pick up some groceries? Or maybe a world where women can walk to their cars after work, safely and by themselves? Personally, I wouldn't be too broken up about people not having an impulse to rape and kill and steal.

(I do not blame God for anything, because I don't think he exists. If He did exist, I wouldn't blame him for not allowing me to win the lottery. I would most definitely blame him for allowing evil to thrive throughout the world.)

I help my fellow man within the limit of my abilities. Your god supposedly has no limitation to his abilities, so why have even I done more than your god. Shouldn't your god, who is responsible for the state of the world after all, have help his children commensurate with HIS abilities? What has god done at all aside from give people vague feelings that many don't even believe in? Doesn't seem all that powerful to me if that's the best he can do.

If I build a wall, knowing it's faulty, actually even purposefully building it to be faulty, and I know it will collapse and injure innocent people, who is responsible when the wall does collapse? The bricks? The mortar?

People like to put all the blame on imaginary beings to escape personal blame. Although if "God" did exist it would be his fault for not being more active with the miracles.

What am I doing to help these problems? Heh. I don't even like most people. Unless I have a friend or loved one in some trouble I just don't care. Why should I? I'm not god.

All dem tectonic plates, because the lady says. and definitely there are each and each of the elements kinds, too, which contain the air transferring round. and then there is the Earth's going around the solar. and solar spots. and the tilt of the Earth. And gravity and the reliable and the susceptible atomic forces... and each and each of the elements, and the better aspects having all started in exploding stars. yet besides, God led to existence to augment in the international and for guy to ultimately evolve. for sure, the eastern did not study about tectonic plates even as they began residing on the little Island of Japan, which, even as they first all started residing there must have looked particularly enormous. That change into before God created airplanes, remember. I propose, God created airplanes by ability of guy starting to be airplanes. besides, the individuals then did not comprehend that Japan is ideal on correct of the hoop of hearth. And it change right into a sturdy position to stay, especially in case you want to fish. So issues basically bypass alongside, and bypass alongside, and God is gaining knowledge of and evolving each and each of the time. yet i imagine he/it/she/them nonetheless would not comprehend the thanks to create of ball of land that has no mess united statesinherent in it. I propose, what do you imagine, that God is suitable? lol! People are always looking to blame someone or something God, religion, movies, games, music etc.

Its easier to find a convenient scapegoat than to tackle the real problems.

Because it is easier hun. As a Gnostic we believe we charted our lives so the only one to blame is ourselves. We chart bad things in our lives to learn and grow from the experience. If someone tells you that something is hot..we dont understand what hot is until we get burnt.

It's better that we cut God out of the picture all together, and blame ourselves, and do something about it. Then on Sundays we can have a party.

If he exists, he should get at least as much blame for the evil in the world as he gets credit for the good in the world.

Well if it existed and it created everything then it would be its fault. Also its inaction against famine, its inaction against injustice, and social ills.

That's why there no god, it's all made up.
