Many are incapable of the former and many more never receive the latter. The truth of human life is to perpetuate the species until the Borg come to assimilate us.

Even though you are borg, you have used mind to conclude what has "no" conclusion! You "are" LOVE, so what is the question of giving and receiving? Mind is a big circle leading nowhere!
