Would leaving all my lights on when I'm not home help? Let my car run in the driveway, though I'm not going anywhere.

Leave the heat on with your windows opened
Have TV's on in several rooms.

Decorate your home with Christmas lights, leave them on 24/7 and don't take them down till November next year.

you cant ,nothing you do will effect the planet to any degree you could leave your car running for the rest of your life and it wouldn't make a difference, sorry,but gotta love your enthusiasm

I really wish there was something we could do to help speed up this natural cycle, but there isn't anything you can do that will effect the tempature of the planet.
