my ball land on the apron of green and create a pitch mark in front of my line of putt, can i repair the pitch mark before i use a putter to putt it to the hole .

On the green, Yes you may at your markers approval...

On the fringe (apron) of the green, No unfortunatley you cant. Loose impediments would be the only thing that you can move/fix

definitely not ! you could repair a pitch mark which is on the green (as you should always do) but if the pitchmark is not on the actual putting surface you would have to putt over it and then after putting out you could and should then repair it.

No! pitch marks can only be repaired on the green. If a pitch mark interferes when off the green then chip!!

WOW... Its say go look at the PGA rules, but, since it is in the line of your putt and it is a impediment, i would say you should be able to. Call a local golf store or ask a pro at the golf course.

No because that is considered improving your lie. And is a one shot penalty. However you can fix it afterwards and im sure the people behind you would appreciate that.
