Any juvenile who is adjudicated by the court as an adult may be placed in an adult correctional facility.
Most crimes involving such an adjudication would include murder, armed robbery, and some other major crimes.

I personaly Have been in Juvinile Correctional Centers and They can only place you there if you are 17 or over in most States. Hopefuly this info will help you!
