One simple way I have to suggest for you. When the day is over , please sit down comfortably in a chair with a pen and note book.Jot down without any elaboration what you did and what you observed that drew your attention the whole day , right from morning till the moment you are writing all these. It should be for your own consumption. That's why you are least concerned with how nicely and tidily you have written down.Write all small or big work/event/conversation/observation in a hurry .....but , in the same order as you had experienced all these. Practise this for about a month or so.
Later on , practise writing in a nutshell whatever you read as soon as you finish a few pages of a magazine or a book or an advertisement in a news paper or a movie you just watched. Write sequentially very fast, lest you forget.Nobody can remember everything . You are no exception. If you can recapitulate to the extent of 60 to 80 % it's good.
Just practise the second step for about 2 months.
Your self confidence and memory will improve a lot in no time.Never practise this if you are in a bad mood.In that case just listen to music or watch some movies.Try the same thing next day ......and, write down in brief the same things of that day's reading.Forget about the previous day's one.
This will work wonders..
I am a Psychic Astrloger and a Numerologist.I can understand your state of mind. It's a very ordinary thing ....not a disorder or deficiency.
If you think you need some more help, just write to my Psychic and Astro-service email address ----"astroyogi_speaks@yahoo.com " I shall help you in my own way to improve your memory.Take care.

God Bless.

They say half a cup of peanuts a day help with memory and stress . . . don't know how true this may be. I suggest you consult your Doc just in case. Do you have any other problems? Thyroids affects the mind as well as a few other things that we might not pay that much attention to like mood swings, sex drive, appetite and stuff like that but they can be mild symptoms that we sometimes don't even realize.

properly, that's a trick a question. i'm going to provide you an occasion. An previous pal got here to me on the mall, and that i by surprise remembered each and every of the activities I even have completed with him and that i even remember all his nick call. yet.....I in no way remembered his call. and that i continually do this to all different friends. I in no way been able to remember names. I dont even remember my very own cellular telephone remembr. yet I remember how I dial the variety even with the indisputable fact that. Thats how i remember issues.

You should keep a journal of important events that have happened in the day. It'll help you remember things a lot easier.

I agree that you write to your diary. Create a memo board and put it on your fridge. Eat the right kind of food that's good for your memory. That's what I usually do! ;p

you can take prodin. it's an antidepressant and it can increase the level of your serotonin. however, this is addictive in some ways so i recommend you to consult a psychiatrist first before using it. =)
