Take your kid to a doctor, and get a full check up. Tell the Doctor what's been going on around the daycare and the Doctor should be able to handle the situation properly. Check temperatures too, just to be safe.

It really depends on what the infection is?
For some there will be vaccines which your kids may or may not have had already
Best to see a doctor if you are unsure

Go to your doctor. Take your sons. The doctor will be able to tell you exactly what to do about it.

Sorry I couldn't be much more help... Hope it helps a little.

It is difficult to do. Kids are always kept close together and usually get sick. If it is not too late, a few hours, you could give them nasal washes with saline , make sure their hands are clean. I hope they don't get sick.
