I dedicate everything I do to God when I get up in the morning. I also dedicate my actions to God who lives inside of me as I realize that God experiences life through my eyes, hands, mouth, speech. I try not to make one moment more special than the next as all moments are special and once this moment is over then it is gone. I light my incense, my candle and I do my yoga practice to begin the day and hope that I can be mindful of the things I've listed above. Many blessings

Bible study each morning. Trying to live according to the Word of God. Allowing the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate through me...having faith enough to believe.
I am spiritual in an Evangelical Christian perspective.
On the Sabbath, Friday night, I light a candle on my prayer altar, much like Jews do. However, I use any type of small candle I can buy on sale; a Jew only uses kosher ritual candles for their Sabbat.
I observe the Sabbath, Saturday. I try not to do much on Saturday...stay home, relax, enjoy spending time with family.
Sunday is the Christian day of worship. If I am not in a church on Sunday morning, I am in an electronic virtual church...right here on the Web.

Spirituality is to remain in God's company. God's company is kept in the awareness. As a result of this spirituality there is the experience of fulfillment in life in every action and interraction. Then relationships will totally change because while being full of all attainments there is disinterest in any attainment from anyone or anything in this word. In other words the stage of being selfless is attained. Then ofcourse, anyone would enjoy to have around someone selfless because that one will be peaceful and always interested in giving as an expression of internal happiness. So that is spirituality in day-to-day life. I feel it is easy because i love it so when i love it i do it with pleasure for me, for others and for the wish that as a creation of the Heavenly Father i should be Heavenly. For the love of God, I love to be heavenly.

Spirituality is a science that is not time bound. It is perpetual science so the ethics, ideas, do's the don'ts remain the same irrespective of time. My ideas about spirituality is just the same which were ages back.
In day-to-day life attributes the actions (which are 90% of kriyaman karma) to no thoughts.
The remaining 10% which are sanchit karma by nature should be attributed to God. That is the way to detachment.

Every morning heralds a new day, a brand new day, unique, exciting, offering new opportunities, new openings for thoughts, theories, for one more step ahead in the quest for the eluding (so far!) peace and absolute happiness, the realisation ultimate.....thus the day begins with spirituality, progresses through spirituality as one meets people, everyone different from every other, yet so much alike (who is the Director, controlling the 'cast'!)....as one eats, walks, moves, sees, smells, hears, feels, tastes (wow, there is so much to life!).....oh, yes, the whole life, every day, every moment is spirituality, if only one cares to see it, recognise it, appreciate and acknowledge!

Comparing all my thoughts and words and actions and attitudes to what God has said in his Word should characterize His children. Being open to hearing that still small voice that tells me to walk in a different way than the one that my human understanding and emotions are urging me to go along.

Isaiah 30:20 Although the Lord gives you the bread of adversity and the water of affliction, your teachers will be hidden no more; with your own eyes you will see them. 21 Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."

Be honest to your own self and make your pure consciouness your guide in day to day life, and you can become a highly evolved spiritual person. I am experiencing this spirituality all around me by holding steadfastly to truth that leads me to knowledge and wisdom.

normally spirituality in day to day life is for prayer or pooja or according the religious practise and method..

for me i believe that all religion' spirituality is for the betterment of the human mind and activities in the life

those who are not having belief in religious spiritual activities they are starting their day with a plan and time/method for executing the work with conscious...

i will start my work with early morning's yoga and pleasant mood to help some one and to be kind enough to the people.
most of the times i will be working for others and not having any personal motive or interest.. meditation gives me strength to be active and tolerate any situation.. though the yoga and meditation is not coming under any particular religion or spiritual category.. any one can practise and use it freely... it is common to all for the betterment of the body, mind and actions..

still i want to reach some more levels in meditation to become more flexible and to take part in the global level friendship movement.. to mingle with all section of people with different culture and different religion..
