first how do you no its a guy if they didnt say nothin but anywho hes either i creep,or sumone you no just accidently sat on there phone and it dailed your number hey it happens, or its an ex that just wanted to hear your voice

I never answer a number I do not recognize. Whoever this is is a loser! Dont answer when the caller is unknown, and if you know who it is and they just sit there while you keep saying hello, what does that tell you?
Totally unacceptable!

He is a weirdo stalker and when he does it you shouldn't say "hello" repeatedly.....instead just put the phone down.
If you have concerns then you should report him to the phone company and the Police if necessary.

maybe a prank call, or a ex trying to annoy you...i have learned if the number is blocked or a private number I just don't answer it

I have a blocked number but I only call a few friends and they know who it is.. but I talk .. alot!!
So if its nobody you know is doing that hang up all ready!

how do you know its a man if they wont talk ? if its from a blocked call they dont want nobody to know their phone number. call the phone co & your local law enforcement and put a stop to it and then you will find out who it is and why they wont talk.

He either does not want you to know his number, or he could be calling you on one of those pre-paid cell phones. They come up like that sometimes.
