I will be lighting the Hannukiah (9 branched Menorah) it is an 8 day ritual.
The draidl will play a part as will the falafels.
Oh I nearly forgot the kosher wine, Le Chaim to you, and Yom Tov.

I am not Jewish, but Christian and, as such I have some empathy towards your people and your faith. I know that Hannukkah is the festival of lights, and is to commemorate the cleansing of the holy Temple in Jerusalem by the Maccabbees. It's a good thing to celebrate and may you have a happy time and G-d be with you!
