how come when i was on a diet.. my psoriasis lessened.. it was not visible at all. I had this very strict diet.. no carbs, junk foods, sweets etc. it was like i had this empty stomach always. But when i went back to my normal eating habits.. my psoriasis came back.. why??

Some of these foods had to have been triggering the psoriasis.......go back on the iet you were on . If you can't stay on that diet then slowly add [ 1 food per week ] the other foods back so you will be able to determine what food is causing your psoriasis.

You have allergies and the diet proved that to you ... the only way to cure this is to visit the Dr. of Immunology and get tested for all sorts of stuff that cause you to have this psoriasis condition .... YOU cannot continue to avoid the problem and I can only tell you what should do is go to the doctor to ""get relief and cure"" ___ you have a condition that will not go away without HELP .... there are may foods that you need to avoid and the tests will give you the answers that you are seeking................
